The current website

Inner Light Machines LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States, operates WizOfQuiz. These terms describe permitted use of our coming-soon website, its on-page demo, and early-access signup. Contact us at contact@wizofquiz.biz.

The website presents a product in development. The demo illustrates possible gameplay and host styles; it does not start a live multiplayer game, create an organization or player account, record employee results, or provide a paid service. Features, availability, and any future pricing may change. Signing up does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, specific feature, price, or place in a queue. There is no purchase, subscription, or refund program on this coming-soon website.

Early access

Early-access signup is for people 18 or older who live in the United States. Submit your own accurate contact details. Provide only information you have permission to share, and avoid sensitive personal information, confidential business material, or information about children.

The form asks for permission to store your request and send a confirmation, early-access invitation, and launch announcement. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us or using the opt-out instructions in a message. Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, its retention, and your choices. Signup is not acceptance of a future paid-product agreement; any future service will have its applicable terms presented separately.

Using the site and demonstration

Use the website lawfully and follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Demo and Player Information. Do not interfere with the website, bypass its security, submit spam, impersonate another person, or try to access information that is not yours. We may restrict abusive traffic or remove an improperly submitted request to protect people and the service.

Demo questions and scores are for illustration and entertainment. They can contain mistakes and are not professional advice, qualifications, or evidence for employment decisions. Do not use demo results for hiring, promotion, discipline, termination, or other consequential decisions.

Content and intellectual property

We or our licensors hold the applicable rights in the website's branding, artwork, videos, software, and other content. You may view the site and use the demo for its intended purpose. This does not grant a license to redistribute our media, sell our content, or imply endorsement. Rights and exceptions available under applicable law remain unaffected. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Send rights concerns through our Copyright and Rights Reports page.

You retain rights in a message you send us. You give us permission to use it only as needed to answer it and manage your early-access request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sending a suggestion does not create a confidentiality agreement, partnership, employment relationship, or entitlement to payment.

Availability and responsibility

The website and demo are provided as available. We may change or withdraw them, and cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties for this free preview. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Updates and questions
